Let's talk about the benefits of online training; you will be able to train in your own time that will give you the flexibility around your current lifestyle.

Your membership will cost you a lot less than you would expect from a Personal Trainer, and it doesn’t matter where you live or train, because your online training is accessible at the touch of your fingertips. So what are the benefits and how does online training work:

Once signed up you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand your goals, circumstances and preferences.

Training Program: I will then create your training program where you will be able to access your bespoke workouts from your own personal app on your phone.

Nutritional Advice: I will give you all the support you need regarding nutrition to meet your goals and targets. You can also log your food diary onto your own personal app for your trainer to see.

Support: As a member you will always receive support throughout your fitness and health journey.

You will also do a weekly check-in to make sure you are staying on track, and to voice any additional support you may need.

To summarise you will receive:
