There is a lot of variety of work outs and always pushes me that little bit harder.

I’ve only recently started doing pad work with Mo and he is an amazing trainer. He makes sure that the techniques of the workout are done correctly to prevent later injuries and to get the most out of the workout, things you don’t get in a group class. He listens to my questions and can always answer them and give quality advise. He pushes me to get the best out of my work out and it’s always a fun half hour. I’ve learnt a lot from Mo and want to carry on learning. Highly recommended.

Mo has always inspired me and pushed me more than most. When starting a new job I lacked motivation, time and stayed clear of weights due to a previous injury.

Mo is passionate at what he does!

His app also keeps me on my toes too.

If he’s not checking my nutrition, he’s adding new/fun training sessions that I’m able to complete on my own or on occasions swearing at me for not working hard enough.

Exactly what I need when I have those lethargic moments.

This guy is certainly good at what he does so don’t be be afraid and wonder should I? Get on with it and try for yourself!

Started with Mo about a year ago after using other PTs, straight away he improved my form on basic exercises and expanded my knowledge. 

Not just a fab PT, Mo has also spent a lot of his time educating me on diets and will answer all questions promptly.

While making me work hard, Mo also makes sure all of his clients can socialise together and discuss related topics which has also boosted my confidence in the gym.

Would definitely recommend Mo to anyone in the local area who wants a PT that achieves results both physically and mentally!
