Time to get moving with a 30 or 45-Minute Padwork Session. This high-intensity workout is wholly based on boxing-style training and will get your heart rate racing. In these 1-1 sessions you will learn the basic boxing terminology while getting that maximum calorie burn.

Whether you opt for just a one-off padwork session or more frequent training, all of the equipment is provided for you. These sessions can either be in a fully equipped gym or a private gym upon request, both based in Peterborough.
